How long does shipping to the U.S. take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes an estimated 7–15 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery estimates outside the United States depend on the destination.
Returns and cancellations
Can I return a set?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, as long as the items are unused, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition you received them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing it, or any time before the shipping confirmation is generated.
Damage
What if it arrives broken?
Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the packaging and the damage, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. Transit-damaged items are replaced free.
